Avalanche Brew Co

Avalanche Brew Co is a nano-brewery based in the town of Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire.

Avalanche was born in 2017 when two home brewers decided to get together in a garage and brew some beer. In sub-zero temperatures and heavy snowfall (the Beast from the East hit hard) we worked like mad to make 30 litre batches of IPAs, NEIPAs, Belgian Dubbels, Hefeweizens and Saisons that we shared between us and our friends. The cold and snow tested our will and brewing skills at times but these were the defining moments that shaped us as a brewery. With each brew we grew in confidence and continued to refine our processes and recipes along the way.

After seeking some advice from local brewers/breweries we decided to up our game from 30 litre plastic buckets to 200 litre stainless steel vessels. We now have a custom-built 200 litre brew house and capacity to ferment around 550 litres of delicious beer at a time.

We pride ourselves on brewing unfined, unfiltered and vegan friendly beers. All of our pale ales come with a beautiful natural haze that still sends our hearts a’flutter to this day.
