Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. 

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SHIPPING

UK MAINLAND ONLY VIA COURIER AND LOCAL DELIVERIES.

We currently charge a flat fee of £7.95 for delivery within the UK mainland. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland at this current time). 

We aim to process orders received within two working days or sooner, which will then be shipped on a next working day courier service. Any order received after midday Friday would not be processed until the following week.

Most UK mainland deliveries will arrive the next working day once shipped, however, please allow 2-3 working days for unexpected delays. 

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

We now offer Free Local Delivery in NN1 - NN5 on orders over £35. 

Orders in NN1 - NN5 under £35 will be charged a £3 delivery fee.

TERMS

Where an incorrect address, postcode or telephone number have been provided, we cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery.

Craft Beer Cellar Ltd retains the title of the goods until full payment of goods is received and until the customer receives delivery of the goods.

PACKAGING

For UK wide shipping via courier, we use transit boxes with thick-walled cardboard specifically designed to minimise damage to cans; cardboard fillers will be added for further protection.

VAT AND PRICES

All prices are quoted in Pound Sterling (£GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. 

AGE RESTRICTION

Orders, including alcoholic beverages, must only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. Our couriers may request some proof of age identification.

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure someone over the age of 18 is available at the delivery address to receive your order.

We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient cannot be proved.

No refund will be considered for orders made by persons under the age of 18.

ORDERING

When placing an order on our online store, you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions and that you are aged 18 or over.

We endeavour to correctly price all items listed on our website, in the unfortunate event where we make an error, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to continue with the correct price.

We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products in our online store without notice.

We endeavour to fulfil all items as listed on our website. In the unfortunate instance where it is not possible to supply all items from your order, we may be required to substitute an item for an alternative of equal or greater value or refund that item. In these circumstances, we will contact you to ask your preference.

RETURNS

On the very rare occasion an order may arrive damaged due to courier mishandling please email us a photo of the package and broken items, including a list of the damaged item(s), we will then arrange a refund or exchange (if available).

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that were not liked by the customer after they have opened or unsealed that item.

It is the responsibility of you the customer to report items damaged in transit on receipt of your delivery or report a missing delivery within seven days after ordering.
