Coconut, Pistachio and Chocolate Imperial Stout in Collaboration with Emperors Brewery.
Our most decadent imperial stout yet! Brewed with a massive malt bill clocking in at 1.6 tonnes with naked oats, crystal 240 and 400, chocolate, black, special B and carafa 3 malts. 550Kg of dark sugar was added to increase the ABV and give a rich flavour. Boiled for 3 hours to really thicken up this monster stout. A sweet, rich, smooth and full bodied imperial stout conditioned on 120Kg of coconut, chocolate and pistachio essence.
