Our modern take on a classic style that got us into this whole game. The west coast IPA was a hook that dragged us into craft beer many moons ago, back when the hopping challenge was bitterness rather than juiciness. We’ve taken what we love about the style and put our own twist on this crisp, bitter classic. Mashed With Rice and Maize for an ultra light body and kettle additions of Chinook and Motueka for a citrus pine. We went with the pros over at @lallemandbrewing
and used their west coast yeast and dry hopped with Chinook, Motueka & Azacca CGX for that tropical mix of over ripe mango, lime and grapefruit with hints of pine and spice.
