This red IPA has a layered malt profile that ranges from malty-sweet flavours of biscuit through to crystalline sweetness and toffee with a hint of dried fruit. This sweet malt profile is cut perfectly by a clean bitterness and balanced with a fresh fruit aroma that carries notes of pineapple and some tropical fruit from a dry-hop of Strata and Calypso.
